In academia, he has been a professor at PUC-Rio since 1999, teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Law. He holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Sciences (2002) and is the author of the book “Corporate Criminal Liability under the Environmental Crimes Law” (Lúmen Júris, 2005).
