Rafaela Marcondes practices in the areas of Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions, with a focus on brand protection, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts and agreements involving intellectual property rights, as well as providing legal advice on these matters. She also works in the field of Privacy and Personal Data Protection, advising clients of various sizes and sectors on data protection compliance programs, drafting and reviewing related documentation and contractual clauses, and responding to a wide range of legal inquiries. Her experience allows her to offer clients a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to Digital Law.

Rafaela earned her law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) in 2019. She completed an academic exchange program at Università del Salento in Lecce, Italy, and worked as a teaching assistant in Legal Theory and Consumer Law courses. She completed the Privacy and Data Protection course at Data Privacy Brasil and later served as a teaching assistant in the Data Protection and Contracts course at the same institution. She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Digital Law at the Institute for Technology & Society of Rio de Janeiro (ITS Rio).
